This project was first conceived when the infamous Donald Trump "pee tape” allegations went viral. The piece “America’s Golden Boy”  used symbols of power and economic might to protest the presidency of Donald Trump. 

For the performance, I modified Trump’s memorial presidential golden coins and turned them into Prince Albert rings. For his 73rd  birthday on June 14, I  held a birthday party at ]performancespace[, where I got a Prince Albert piercing at the exact time of his birth, , and then urinated in order to give the image of Trump a golden shower, since the president notoriously enjoys surrounding himself with gold.I  made different models with the coins and  invited other men with Prince Albert rings to wear the coins and join me in urinating on Trump at this birthday party. 

As part of an art residency at ]performance s p a c e [ in the town of Folkestone in the UK,and in  collaboration with local jeweler, Leah Gaynor, a trans woman, and owner of Hiraeth Creative.
